This is an exciting role for a well-rounded Restaurant professional, looking to share some of their extensive F&B experience with a dynamic team and gain further management experience.

Reporting directly to the Owner and Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for Supervising the day-to-day operations and ensuring that both restaurants run smoothly.

Supervisor should display effective management skills and the ability to share your knowledge, have a can-do attitude and a passion for great food, incredible service and a focus on team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Get to know and build a rapport with regular customers
Consistently create a warm, thoughtful and sincere guest experience
Confidently provide solutions to guest queries or complaints, and escalate issues where necessary
Supervise the overall dine-in, delivery/takeaway, and pick-up services


Assist in cashiering, invoicing, and petty cash purchases if required
Perform routine spot checks during the operation to ensure standards are maintained and are of the highest quality and satisfy HACCP and Dubai Municipality Guidelines

Oversee stock and/or inventory requirements, when necessary
Keep The Owner informed on all/any significant points

Team Management

Responsible for creating a Training Calendar per month and ensuring staff are continuously developed and provided with opportunities to further enhance their skills
Manage PIC, BFH, First Aid, and Fire Safety training trackers and ensure full compliance and schedule staff to attend training if required
Supervise performance, provide on the job constructive feedback to staff that further assist in their continuous improvement

Keep the team motivated, maintain a fun and service focused environment where they can perform at their best
Implement a strategy to generate higher revenue through up-selling & recommendation techniques

Education, Experience & Requirements

· Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related field

· 3-4 years previous experience F&B

· Proficiency in both verbal and written English language

· Good understanding of financial and sales reports

· Ability to manage, train and develop the team

· Knowledge of how to operate POS

· Operates and conducts business in an ethical, fair and approachable manner
