The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the sales growth through building new relationships with valuable clients in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Identify new business opportunities, markets and potential clients across the region to grow overall sales and profitability.
Ensure trend identification to rectify ranges provided to the relevant customers.
Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.
Present product portfolio to qualified leads.
Negotiate contracts with new customers.
Identify opportunities to grow through trade shows, expos and distributorships.
Identify tools for continuous improvement tools and implement new and enhanced ways of working.
Must have an existing database and portfolio of clients
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field
MBA is advantageous
3 – 4 years in similar position
2+ years in Hospitality/FF&E/Interiors/Construction industry is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong team player and time management skills
Ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
Strong leadership capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Suite
English (Full professional proficiency - Required)
Secondary language (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam) is advantageous
Must have UAE driving license and car
