Key Responsibilities:

Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.

Provide information about products, services, and company policies.

Resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow call center Scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.

Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues.

Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling and resolution targets.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.


Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.

Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Proficiency in using call center software and systems.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
