Description

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries or issues.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, surveys, or service requests.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, or escalate to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant certification is a plus.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
