Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, ensuring a positive customer experience
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
Handle transactions, process payments, and manage cash registers accurately
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and display areas
Assist in restocking shelves and organizing inventory as needed
Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly
Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required
