We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
