Description
We are seeking friendly and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
The ideal candidates will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Process orders, applications, and requests efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
