Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and deliver orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offers, to assist guests in making menu choices.

Service Excellence: Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils, and assist in cleaning duties as needed.

Cash Handling: Process guest payments, handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately, and provide correct change to guests.

Up-Selling: Suggest additional items, desserts, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other F and B team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an F and B Attendant or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel setting.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability to varying guest preferences.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
