Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.

Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.

Register guests, assign rooms, and provide room keys.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts.

Maintain accurate guest accounts and records.

Assist guests with special requests and provide assistance as needed.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and prompt manner.

Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
