We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our real estate team.

As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department.

Schedule appointments and manage the reception area.

Maintain office organization and ensure a welcoming environment.

Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus but not required.

Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
