Hotline Executive (Customer Support) Required in Dubai BNC Network, the largest & most updated database of GCC construction projects in the Middle East is looking for an energetic, positive & proficient Hotline Executive (Customer Support) to join their team.

About the role

As a Hotline Executive, you will be responsible for successfully resolving information requests on time. You will also be responsible for specific research initiatives to improve data quality.

The operational responsibilities of this position are:

Conducting primary and secondary research to resolve information requests raised by customers.
Handling live chats initiated by the customers.
Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
Taking overall ownership of customer complaints and queries, and proactively following them through to timely resolution.
Reporting any issues with BNC products & services to the appropriate department and tracking their resolution.
Participating in AIR feature testing prior to roll-out.
Ensuring detailed logs of all interactions with customers are recorded.

Proactively engaging with customers and the industry to build professional relationships.

In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your manager.

We'd love to hear back if you have:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 1-year experience in customer service or a similar role.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the BNC AIR/BNC App and construction work-flows for consultants, contractors & suppliers.

Soft Skills: Strong business communication skills

Qualities: Proactive, friendly, strong people skills, customer-centric approach, patience, problem-solving skills,

Languages: Excellent written and spoken business English.

Personality: This job requires self-confidence and positivity. You must have a genuine interest in people to be able to strike meaningful conversations.

Special skills: A strong voice, coordination & multi-tasking, and interest in current affairs are useful attributes for this position.
