Key Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms and Suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Linen Care: Change bed linens, replace Towels, and restock guest room amenities, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, floors, mirrors, and surfaces, adhering to hotel cleaning protocols.

Furniture Arrangement: Arrange furniture and furnishings as per hotel standards, ensuring a visually appealing and organized guest room layout.

Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to details, spotting Stains, damages, or items needing repair, reporting them promptly to supervisors.

Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service, responding to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.

Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient room turnover.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
