Peec Mobility is a start-up based out of the UAE and we have a game changing technology that is providing a real solution to the climate change problem the world is facing. Our product is focused on helping accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles globally, especially to the masses, and we do this by repurposing existing internal combustion engine vehicles to electric.

The HR Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.


Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations

Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Monitor HR department’s budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees’ grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Propose HR solutions for department
Oversees the daily workflow of the department

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources/Business Administration, or related field required.
6 years of HR experience in factory/manufacturing environment, preferably 2 years in automobile
