Industry - Interior Contracting and Production
The Marketing Communications Lead is to maximize brand awareness within the relevant target audiences, as well as lead generation and conversion in support of business goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Marketing
Develop and execute cost-effective B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with a focus on leading generations in the contracting and manufacturing sectors.
Act as a marketing advisor to senior management, not just an executor, but also bring insights, challenging assumptions, and driving initiatives.
Leverage AI tools and modern platforms to streamline marketing operations, content production, and campaign management.
Content Creation & Visual Production
Independently produce high-quality visual content (photography, videography, drone footage, post-production) for ongoing and completed projects.
Write compelling Arabic and English copy for digital campaigns, brochures, social media, and video scripts.
Maintain a consistent, professional brand image across all platforms, only result oriented.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools, report actionable insights.
Manage and grow social media presence with daily content, community engagement, and visual storytelling.
Client Engagement & Representation
Lead guided factory tours for prospective clients, our most powerful conversion tool.
Represent the company in videos, public speaking engagements, and client-facing events with confidence and professionalism.
Be equally comfortable in boardrooms and on construction sites capturing content, engaging stakeholders, and telling our story.
Essential Candidate Traits
Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in the UAE.
Proven experience in B2B marketing within contracting and related mass production.
Skilled in content creation: photography, videography (including drone), editing, and copywriting.
AI-savvy: up to date with the latest tools for content, automation, and marketing optimization.
Self-starter with high energy, attention to detail, and a get-it-done attitude.
Strong time and priority management; able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and mediation skills able to influence and collaborate across departments.
Confident and presentable capable of being the face of the brand in media and client interactions.
