Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
Manage and restock office supplies.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
