Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Reception: Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Phone Handling: Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.

Mail Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.
