Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers, drive sales, and provide excellent service.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers find the right products.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Follow company policies and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
