Achieve all Sales Objectives consistently whilst continuously looking to improve internal processes to deliver a world class customer experience

Achieve highest levels of Customer Service (CSI scores)

Achieve Units & Gross Profit budgets

Add-ons and F&I Sales

Implement Sales Process and monitor performance

Play a key role in execution of projects to deliver Automotive strategy.

Stock management

Continuously coach, mentor and engage sales teams to ensure consistent performance

Adapt and adopt to new or existing technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience

Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to all times

100% compliance required to SOP’s and ISO standards


University /College graduate or equivalent

3-5 years’ experience in a managerial role in Luxury / Premium Cars

Leadership skills: ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team

Finance acumen

Proficiency in MS office, Oracle software background would be an advantage.
