Job Summary:

As a Recreation - Sports Versatile, you will be responsible for leading various recreational activities and sports programs to promote physical fitness and overall well-being among participants.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement a variety of recreational activities and sports programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Coordinate and supervise sports events, tournaments, and leagues
- Provide instruction and guidance to participants on proper techniques and rules of different sports
- Ensure the safety of all participants during activities and enforce rules and regulations as needed
- Maintain equipment and facilities used for recreational activities and sports programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other recreation staff to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field
- Previous experience in organizing and leading recreational activities and sports programs
- Certified in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of a variety of sports and recreational activities
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
