Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Organize and arrange products for easy accessibility
Process customer or staff requests for stock and supplies
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store or stockroom
Assist in managing deliveries and outgoing shipments

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management software
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus
Physical fitness for lifting and moving items when necessary
