Maintain accurate records of all stock items and ensure inventory is well-organized and easily accessible.
Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of incoming stock against purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage of goods and materials to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss.
Monitor stock levels and report on inventory needs to the relevant departments to ensure no shortages or overstock situations occur.
Prepare and process requisitions, stock requests, and product shipments to and from the store.
Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory counts and identify any discrepancies.
