My name is Tabrez khan I’m basically from UTTAR PRADESH (INDIA) and I’m Hospitality Professional.
My career starts with my Higher secondary in Kolkata (WEST BENGALINDIA) after completing my Intermediate i was disided to take Hotel management experience then I'll go MAHATMA GANDHI VIDYAPEETH INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY which is in Delhi for my training departments as well as that I had learn about speciality coffee, cashier,waiter and worked in it too.
Then I went to SAUDI ARABIA for work as a Barista/Cashier in as hospitality and I will take experienced in a Italian restaurant, that was my 2st further step in my career.
Therefore, I had good knowledge of service, hospitality and guest handling. I had also done the cashier work as I trained in SAUDI ARABIA.
As a result, I know very well about customer service and their satisfaction up on your product.
And, I m working in Dubai in INTERNATIONAL TRADING FRANCHISES who owns JAMAICA BLUE coffee shop and have 5-6 branches in Dubai as a BARISTA. my duty is to handle the shop with 2 waitress because its newly opened and I m working as a per opening team. My duty is to:-
Take orders
Punching order in POS and do the billing
Preparing beverages like Italian coffee like ( cappuccino, latte, Manual Brewing V60, cold brew,chamex,Aero press) and serving then professionally.
Preparing sales trackers and sales reports at the end of the day
Giving sales update to managers
Upselling products and suggestive selling
Doing closing of the shop alone
Turning on equipment and warming up your coffee machine.
Checking the dates on any food and syrup have not expired.
Disassembling and washing the coffee machine and other equipment.
All going well but suddenly came COVID-19 pandemic and the hospitality industry damage in all over the world. After suffering 3 Months I’ll lost my job because of COVID-19, and I’ll came back to my Country.

After 1 year I again interviewed and got selected. in SHARJAH, KHORFAKKAN I am working in Sharjah RUKHN AL KHIBRA, who Owns LECHURRO CAFÉ shop and have 4 branches in all over UAE work as a Barista / Cashier. My duty is opening the shop with 2 waiter and handling a Shop and cash counter till 8 Am to 5 Pm After Handover the cash counter. My duty is to:-
Take order
Punching order in POS and do the billing
Upselling product and suggestive selling
Doing opening of the shop
Clean work areas, coffee machines, equipment, and tables.
Restock the displays.
Turning on equipment and warming up your coffee machine.
Checking the dates on any food and syrup have not expired.

After completing 1 year I'll gave interview In MEDCARE HOSPITAL in Dubai who's Open first wellness centre in UAE (WELLTH)
Now i am working here as Barista/Cashier and my duty timing is opening 9Am to 5Pm after handover my colleague :-
