Description

We are looking for polite, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Office Staff to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Manage appointments, visitor logs, and front desk records.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.

Ensure office security procedures for visitors are followed.

Provide accurate information about company services when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
