Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to manage stock records and support inventory control operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking of goods and assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock systems regularly.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

Assist with stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.

Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and other departments.

Prepare inventory reports as required.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to handle physical tasks related to stock movement.

Flexibility to work shifts if required.
