We are hiring Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are met throughout the hotel.

The role supervises staff, manages schedules, and maintains high standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping staff in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
Inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with HACCP / Food Safety (for F&B areas) and HSE standards
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment
Train new staff on housekeeping procedures, safety, and service standards
Coordinate with maintenance, front office, and F&B departments for smooth operations
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution
