Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product information, recommendations, and resolve customer inquiries.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate to the Store Manager if necessary.

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing shipments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
