We are hiring a Data Entry Operator for the Typing Center.
Key aspects of data entry include:
Gathering information from various sources, including physical documents, online forms, surveys, or other data repositories.
Accurately inputting the collected data into a digital format. This can involve typing text, scanning documents, or using specialized data entry software
Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the entered data by cross-checking against the source material and applying validation rules when applicable.
Identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in the data to maintain data quality.
Saving the entered data in a structured format, typically in databases, spreadsheets, or other data storage systems.
