Description

A detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor is required to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure financial efficiency throughout construction projects.

The selected candidate will play a key role in budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ)

Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within budget

Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender documents

Manage contracts, variations, and project financial reports

Conduct site visits to assess progress and cost implications

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
