A highly experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager is required to oversee all hotel operations and ensure smooth daily functioning of the property.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance supervision
Monitor budgets, revenue, and operational expenses
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Implement hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth daily operation
