Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oriental Chef to join our culinary team. The Oriental Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional and modern Oriental dishes with precision and creativity.
This position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.
Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare and cook a wide range of Oriental dishes, including stir-fries, noodle dishes, dumplings, and more.
2. Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with traditional recipes and standards.
3. Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for Oriental cooking.
4. Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
5. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience working as an Oriental Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.
2. In-depth knowledge of Oriental cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality dishes.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
Expertise in Oriental cuisine
Knowledge of traditional Oriental cooking techniques
