Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving targets and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and overseeing the sales team's performance.

This position is based at Amwaj Rotana, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the industry is a plus
