Your Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities and assign tasks to workers
Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are achieved
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and project teams
Ensure work is completed according to quality standards
Guide workers and provide technical support when required
Monitor tools, materials, and equipment usage
Maintain workplace safety procedures
Report progress and issues to management
