Description
We are looking for a professional, energetic, and positive Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at a well-established high-performance automotive workshop in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting the Owner/Manager with the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide excellent front desk service.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate appointments.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and administrative documents.
Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
Manage office documentation and data entry.
Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers when required.
Support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks.
Help maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Requirements:
Filipina nationality preferred.
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) is a strong advantage.
