A reputable construction company is seeking a Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, supervision, and completion of construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good site coordination skills, and the ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows approved plans.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure required quality standards.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
Identify site issues and assist in implementing practical solutions.
Monitor project schedules and report delays or concerns.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Support quantity measurements, material requirements, and project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Relevant construction/site experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good communication and site coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Fresh graduates may also be considered for suitable junior-level positions.
