A leading education organization is hiring an experienced Education Director to oversee academic operations, develop educational strategies, lead teaching teams, and ensure high standards of education and student development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement academic and educational strategies.
Oversee daily academic and educational operations.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative teams.
Establish academic standards, policies, and performance objectives.
Monitor curriculum development and implementation.
Ensure educational programs meet required quality standards and regulations.
Review student performance and implement improvement strategies.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, students, and management.
Develop staff training and professional development programs.
Monitor budgets, resources, and academic facilities.
Prepare academic reports, performance reviews, and management updates.
Identify opportunities to improve educational programs and services.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
Represent the organization in meetings with educational authorities and external partners when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in educational leadership or senior academic management.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and academic administration.
Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of educational policies and quality standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple academic and administrative responsibilities.
UAE education experience is an advantage.
