A reputable company is hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor to supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and site activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate electrical teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance activities.
Manage electricians, technicians, and subcontractors on site.
Ensure electrical work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other project teams.
Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity.
Inspect electrical installations and identify technical issues.
Ensure proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and materials.
Monitor testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and site regulations.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Coordinate inspections and rectify identified defects.
Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
Good knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
