Monitor staff attendance, performance, and grooming standards.
A reputable company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will assist with shipment documentation, tracking, data entry, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain shipping and delivery documents.
Enter shipment details accurately into company systems.
Coordinate with transport companies, suppliers, and customers.
Track shipments and provide updates when required.
Verify invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
Assist with import and export documentation.
Maintain organized records of shipments and deliveries.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
Report delays, damaged shipments, or documentation issues to the supervisor.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to shipping operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related administrative role is preferred.
Good computer skills, including MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidates with UAE experience are preferred
