A reputable company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to monitor and maintain quality standards across daily operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspections, identifying quality issues, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of products, materials, and work processes.
Check quality against company standards, specifications, and approved requirements.
Identify defects, deviations, and quality-related issues.
Record inspection results and prepare quality control reports.
Coordinate with production, operations, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records.
Assist in implementing quality control procedures and standards.
Conduct follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions.
Report major quality concerns to the supervisor or management.
Support internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure workplace procedures are followed consistently.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2–4 years of experience in quality control or inspection.
Good knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE experience is an advantage.
