We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our café team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for guests.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café products according to standards
* Operate coffee machines and maintain proper brewing techniques
* Take customer orders and provide friendly service
* Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
* Manage inventory of coffee, ingredients, and supplies
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
* Handle customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Barista, Café Staff, or Beverage Specialist is an advantage
* Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
