Job Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately.
* Serve food and drinks promptly according to restaurant standards.
* Explain menu items and answer customer questions when required.
* Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order delivery.
* Handle customer requests and provide excellent service.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Requirements:

* Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
* Good English communication and customer service skills.
* Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
* Well-groomed and presentable.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
