Role Description:
The Human Resources Specialist will support HR operations and employee lifecycle activities for Transsion’s Dubai office in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting performance management activities.
The specialist will handle employee benefits administration, assist with payroll-related documentation, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include responding to employee queries, supporting training and development initiatives, and collaborating with managers to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
The role requires close coordination with regional and global HR teams to align HR practices with Transsion’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the UAE entity
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and immigration requirements
• Coordinate HR policies and practices between UAE and KSA offices
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports using Excel
• Support recruitment, payroll inputs, and employee relations
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from UAE team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS (Wage Protection System)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, data management)
• Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across time zones/regions
Preferred Profile
• Currently based in UAE with willingness to travel/relocate to KSA if needed, OR
• Currently based in KSA with proven hands-on experience handling UAE HR operations.
