I am an experienced Training and Development professional with approximately 10 years of experience in training, education, learner management and operations. I have worked across industries including mining, offshore, oil and gas, construction, industrial logistics, heavy lifting and rigging.

My experience includes managing training programmes from planning through to completion, coordinating learners and clients, handling training documentation, working with SETA and QCTO requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with both local and international clients. I have also been involved in assessments, learner administration, recruitment, customer service, sales and day-to-day operations.

In my previous roles, I managed multiple training and client requirements at the same time, often working with tight deadlines and international clients. I am organised, hands-on, customer-focused and able to work independently while also working well with teams.

I am passionate about helping people develop their skills and creating well-organised training environments that support both learners and businesses. I am currently looking for an opportunity where I can use my experience in Training & Development, Learning and Development, Training Coordination, Learner Management, Operations or Administration to contribute to a growing organisation.
