We are looking for a friendly and skilled Cafe Barista to join our café team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have good coffee preparation skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the passion to deliver high-quality beverages to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages
* Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality standards
* Take customer orders and provide friendly service
* Prepare beverages according to café recipes and standards
* Maintain cleanliness of the café counter and equipment
* Refill ingredients, cups, and other supplies as required
* Handle customer requests professionally
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and café procedures

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Barista, Cafe Staff, or Beverage Specialist is preferred
* Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
