We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with proven experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects to manage our projects from estimation to final handover.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise full fit-out and renovation projects from start to handover (offices, apartments, villas, shops)
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, material take-off, and project schedule
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and labor team on site
• Conduct regular site visits, ensure work quality, safety, and on-time completion
• Prepare daily progress reports, snag lists, and handle client approvals
• Procure materials and check quality of materials delivered to site
• Manage project budget and control site expenses
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, and Authority regulations for fit-out works

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience as Civil Engineer in Fit-Out / Interior Renovation / Construction – THIS IS MANDATORY
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY (to visit sites)
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works: gypsum partition, ceiling, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, joinery
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office (Excel)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good English communication and leadership skills
• Can manage multiple sites and handle pressure
• Available to join immediately

Salary: 6500 – 7500
