An established aviation services company is seeking a Ground Staff member to support passenger services and ensure smooth airport operations.

The role involves assisting travelers throughout their airport journey while coordinating with different operational teams.

Responsibilities:

Welcome passengers and provide professional assistance at airport service areas
Assist with check-in procedures, boarding, and passenger guidance
Verify travel documents and provide information about flights and airport facilities
Assist passengers with baggage-related inquiries and direct them to the appropriate service counters
Coordinate with airline, security, baggage, and ground operations teams
Support boarding gates by checking passenger information and assisting with announcements
Handle routine passenger concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records and complete required operational documentation
Assist passengers who require additional guidance or special assistance
Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures at all times
Maintain professional communication with passengers and airport personnel
Support other ground service activities as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy airport environment
Previous airport, airline, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
