Description

A well-established construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily site activities and coordinate workers to ensure construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at the project site.
Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor work progress.
Read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other teams.
Monitor masonry, concrete, plastering, blockwork, tiling, and other civil works.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for daily activities.
Check workmanship and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
Monitor manpower productivity and maintain proper work discipline.
Identify site issues and report them to the responsible engineer or management.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and site regulations.
Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, and work progress.
Assist with inspections, measurements, and project handover activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar construction role.
Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site practices.
Ability to read basic construction drawings.
Strong team-management and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
