A growing educational institution in Dubai is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to support students in their academic development. The ideal candidate should be patient, organized, and passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum.
Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to different learning needs.
Prepare classroom activities, assignments, and learning materials.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and well-organized classroom environment.
Encourage student participation, creativity, and independent learning.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
Maintain appropriate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
Communicate professionally with parents and school staff when required.
Participate in meetings, training sessions, school activities, and events.
Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and professional standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
Teaching qualification/certification is preferred where applicable.
Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
Good command of English.
Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
