Job Responsibilities:

* Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately.
* Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
* Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections.
* Set up, clear, and reset tables before and after service.
* Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations.
* Respond to customer requests and handle concerns professionally.
* Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service procedures.
* Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Previous waiter/waitress, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
* Well-groomed and presentable.
* Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Good teamwork and time-management skills.
* Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
* Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
