A company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to support accurate stock management and smooth warehouse operations.

The role involves monitoring inventory levels, maintaining records, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Track incoming, outgoing, transferred, and returned items.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding stock movement.
Prepare inventory reports and update stock records regularly.
Assist with stock audits and periodic inventory checks.
Ensure items are properly labeled, stored, and recorded.
Follow company procedures for inventory control, storage, and handling.
