E-Commerce Order Officer – Store

Total Salary: AED 2,600 + commissions
Weekly Day Off: One day per week

Requirements:

* Must currently reside in the UAE.
* Must hold a valid UAE residence permit that is transferable.
* Must be available to join immediately.

Work Location: Abu Dhabi Showroom

Job Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders through the system.
Pick and collect the required products for each order.
Inspect products to ensure they match the order in terms of item, quantity, and condition.
Prepare and pack products according to the approved packaging standards.
Complete orders and hand them over to the shipping company.
Ensure orders are properly registered and handed over to the shipping company.
Follow up on order status with the relevant departments until each order is closed.
Handle any issues or concerns related to orders during the preparation and delivery process.
