A growing retail organization is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, guide sales staff, and maintain high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to keep store operations organized while supporting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily store activities and coordinate retail staff.

Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and support team productivity.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

Monitor sales performance and assist the team in achieving sales targets.

Oversee stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and arranged.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.

Previous experience in retail sales, store operations, or team supervision is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of sales reports, stock control, and inventory management.

Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Ability to solve problems, organize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
